Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item, you must contact us at shop@christophniemann.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Please send us a clear statement via email indicating your decision to exercise your right of return.

The items must be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the items are dispatched before the end of the 14-day period.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.

All payments received by you will be refunded, including delivery costs. Excluded from this are the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us.
A cancellation fee of €5 may be charged to cover the transaction costs incurred in issuing the refund.

Refunds will be made promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The same method of payment will be used for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

You will only be liable for any diminution in value of the items if this is the result of handling that is not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their condition, characteristics and functionality.

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for customized products. For individual products a right of revocation according to § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB is excluded.
